Well, it seems eBay is determined to challenge China as the biggest seller of counterfeit goods on the planet. Now they let schmucks steal copyrighted material and make those who challenge them to prove that sellers are criminally in the wrong. Guess they are still trying to recoup Meg Whitman's political losses by raking in profits of illegal merchandise sales. Graphic artists and teams should be on the lookout on eBay for illegal items.

Some of these new helmet/uniform combos that college football teams are wearing this fall are a bit over the top. I liked Maryland's state flag helmet, it was different although the flat colored helmet with flag stripe is a downgrade. I liked Michigan's throwback look but what the heck was Michigan State trying to pull. They looked like they were ready to go on maneuvers with the 82nd Airborne.

Finally, things have been hectic the last 6 months or so here in North Carolina. We've had tornadoes, flooding from a hurricane and even a drought to contend with. Hope the winter is just cold.
