I don't have any sympathy whatsoever for Rush Limbaugh. The guy has become a rich man by spouting off his mouth about whatever is popular to his following of idiotic dittoheads. He tries to shock listeners of his radio programs like Howard Stern tries to shock his audience. Trouble is that the shock wears off after a while and you have nothing but a sad man in a booth collecting a huge salary and making no contribution to anything except his own ego. The comments that forced Limbaugh off ESPN, is a case in point. They made no sense what so ever and probably were totally without basis except in Rush's own mind. Now stories of alledged drug abuse surface. I don't know but I have to take a load of aspirin after more than 10 minutes of listening to the guy with "talent on load fron God". Yeah, sure.
The baseball playoffs have been great so far. The Twins have a shot of knocking off the Yanks as they head back to the MetroDome tied 1-1. The Red Sox are in a tough hole down to the A's 2-0. Atlanta travels to Wrigley tied 1-1 with the Cubs and the Giants are knotted up 1-1 as they travel to the Marlins fishtank. Oh and we got some great college games Saturday. Have a great weekend!
